Nancy Braun, Owner-and-Broker in Charge of Showcase Realty, will be presenting the newest information on recent changes to the HUD Homes system. She will also share from her personal, extensive experience in selling REO Assets to help guide you to becoming successful in selling homes during our current economic state.

With 14 years experience as a real estate broker, Nancy Braun has handled REO
transactions from the beginning. Her experience in REO is long-lasting and extensive. She
